My favorite North America city by far. As my son and his wife lived there for 5 years, we had the opportunity to visit a couple of times and get to know the city. San Francisco is an amazing diverse city with very different neighborhoods. Each of them unique in the own way, from the hippie chic of the Upper Haight to the hipster grit of the Mission. And of course not to forget Chinatown. The best thing to do in Chinatown is to turn a couple of corners and get into the not-so-well-known area. We found our ever best Dumpling place there. And here you also find the traditional Chinese supermarkets. A really bustling neighborhood.
San Francisco has many less known area’s that are worth while to know, and we found the best way to explore these with a local guide. The almost five hour tour brought us to places we would never have discovered, and at the same time learned a lot about San Francisco’s history and little (funny) facts.
I’d love to hear your comment or question here.
